All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed slightly. If there is a significant delay, we will contact you via email. Once the oder is ready then the order will be shipped.


2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Express Shipping: 1–2 business days (if selected at checkout)

3. International Shipping

International delivery times vary by location. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees.


4. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking details to update.


5. Delivery Issues

If your package:

  • Has not arrived within the expected timeframe

  • Arrives damaged

  • Is missing items

6. Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

We are not responsible for:

  • Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer

If an order is returned to us, additional shipping charges may apply.


7. Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the courier. If this occurs, please contact the courier directly.
